The Story of Jesus in the Names in the Bible
The first five books of the Bible are called “the Torah” which means “guidance and teaching.” We can find Jesus in enexpected places in the Bible if we know were to look. Even the names of the bloodline of Jesus from Adam to Noah reveal Jesus.
Adam – Man
Seth – Appointed
Enosh – Mortal
Kenan – Sorrow
Mahalel – The Blessed God
Jared – Shall Come Down
Enoch – Teaching
Methuselah – His Death Shall Bring

Noah – Comfort and Rest
Put those meanings together in a complete sentence and you get:
Man (is) appointed mortal sorrow, (but) the blessed God shall come down teaching. His death shall bring (the) despairing comfort and rest.
It doesn’t stop there. here are the names of Israel’s 12 tribes, in the order listed in Revelation chapter 7, together with the meaning of each name.
